Booking Terms
Effective date: [Date published]
These Booking Terms apply to travel arranged through FlyFortyOne LLC, operating as FORTYONE (“we,” “us,” or “our”). Please read them alongside our Cancellation Policy and Privacy Policy before paying.
1. Our service
FORTYONE is an independent travel concierge, not an airline. We coordinate flight requests, communicate available options, and provide booking support.
A third-party booking provider handles ticket sourcing and issuance. The operating airline provides air transportation under its conditions of carriage. Using a third-party provider does not remove FORTYONE’s obligations to you under applicable law.
References to airlines identify the services offered and do not imply an official partnership or endorsement.
2. Your itinerary and approval
Before payment, we will present your proposed itinerary, cabin for each flight segment, total price, applicable restrictions, and expected ticketing timeframe.
Availability can change before tickets are issued. If your approved itinerary becomes unavailable, we will contact you with options. We will not substitute a different route, date, or cabin without your approval.
Nonstop flights, particular departure times, and specific seats are available only when confirmed.
3. Payment and ticket confirmation
The amount shown before payment includes mandatory taxes, fees, and our booking service. Optional extras, such as paid seats or additional baggage, may cost more.
A payment receipt, booking request, or reservation code alone does not establish that a ticket has been issued. We will notify you when ticketing is complete and provide the airline confirmation details and ticket information.
If we cannot issue the approved trip within the agreed ticketing timeframe, you may accept a revised arrangement or request a refund as described in our Cancellation Policy.
4. Traveler information
You must provide accurate traveler information and have permission to submit details for anyone you are booking for. Names must match the identification required for travel.
Review your itinerary and traveler details promptly. Corrections may be subject to airline restrictions, availability, or additional costs, which we will explain before proceeding.
You are responsible for meeting identification, check-in, baggage, and boarding requirements.
5. Round trips
Round trips may be issued as two separate one-way reservations with separate confirmation codes and ticket rules.
We will disclose any separate ticketing schedule before payment. Confirmation of the outbound flight does not mean the return flight has been ticketed.
If a change affects one reservation, the other may require separate action. We will explain the available options and any applicable refund rights.
6. Seats, baggage, and cabin benefits
Seat preferences are requests unless confirmed. Airlines may change seat assignments or aircraft.
Baggage allowances, lounge access, meals, and other benefits depend on the specific ticket and operating airline. First class does not automatically include every premium benefit. Review the inclusions provided with your itinerary.
7. Loyalty points and rewards
Personal American Airlines AAdvantage or Alaska Airlines Atmos Rewards points, miles, certificates, and account credits cannot be used as payment through FORTYONE.
Mileage earning, status credit, upgrades, and other loyalty benefits depend on the ticket and the airline’s rules and are not guaranteed.
8. Changes and support
Changes, cancellations, and refunds are addressed in our Cancellation Policy and the ticket-specific conditions disclosed before payment.
Contact FORTYONE first for booking assistance. For urgent airport or boarding issues, also speak directly with the operating airline.
Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be waived.
